PRACTICE MEMBERSHIP

Become a member at HMXP and have 3 days a week to practice at the track.

You can find the membership application on our web site and at the track.  If you don’t have internet access, call and request that a membership application be sent to you, or you can pick one up at the track any time, just call to make sure we will be there.

WHO, WHAT, WHERE & WHEN

§      BIG BIKES (85cc & up):  big track Tue. thru Thur., 3 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

§      SMALL BIKES (50 & 65cc): small track Tue. thru Thurs. 3 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

§       SMALL BIKES (65s):  BIG TRACK Thursday 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.

**Beginners on 85cc & bigger bikes see the track official for special permission to ride on the small track.

 HOW MUCH & HOW TO PAY

§        $350 per person

§        $100 for 2^nd additional minor family member (17 y.o. or younger) living in the same home.

§        $250 for 2^nd adult family member (spouse or adult child) living in the same home.

§        $500 per family (3 or more family members living in the same home, 1 adult/parent + 2 or more minor children)

**We accept cash, checks, money orders & credit cards to pay in full.  We also have a payment plan of 4 equal payments, one per month via your credit card due the 1^st day of each month until paid in full.  There will be a finance charge of $5.00 for each monthly transaction.

 SOME RULES & INFO

• Dates, times and which track practice is on my change without notice.
• Always check our website, www.hemondsmx.com or call 207-346-6200 before heading to the track to check for schedule changes or cancellations no matter what the weather is where you are.
• You are HIGHLY encouraged to bring a buddy with you to watch out for you while you are riding.
• MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES BY ONE OF THEIR PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OR AN ADULT GIVEN PERMISSION BY A PARENT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RIDER WHILE AT THE TRACK; SEE MINOR PERMISSION TO PRACTICE FORM.
• Minors must NEVER be dropped off to ride without adult supervision.
• Tuesday thru Wednesday Noon to 7:00 pm and Thursday Noon to 3 p.m.; no separate classes, no flaggers and the concession stand will not be open. 
• Thursday 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.; there will be 15 to 20 minute classes on the big track with flaggers only on Thursdays before our races here.  The concession stand will be open.
• Pit riding must be at walking speed.
• You will be issued a membership card when you join, if you don’t bring it with you to check in at practice, you will have to pay the daily fee to ride.
• Littering will not be tolerated, pick up after your self, there are trash receptacles available. 
• There are NO REFUNDS for injury or any other reason. 
• Your membership can be terminated at any time for any violation of the rules.

*Any infringement of the above rules can be grounds
 for expulsion from the park.
