1. Membership applications are available at the tracks, online at www.MaineMotocrossSeries.org or by mail at MMS, 695 Woodman Hill Road, Minot, Maine  04258.
2. A copy of your birth certificate or driver’s license must accompany your completed membership application (new members only) as well as a check or money order written out to MMS for the appropriate amount, or you can pay by VISA or Mastercard.
3. MMS membership, in advance, by mail costs $60.00 per rider.  The first additional membership per family, in advance, by mail is $50.00; all other additional memberships per family, in advance, by mail are $25.00.  At the track, all yearly memberships are $75.00.  (Family = parent & minor children living in the same household.)
4. All renewal memberships must be returned by February 28^th to maintain your rider number from the year before..
5. All non-members (X-riders) will be charged a daily fee of $10.00 per rider in addition to the class sign-up fees.  All rules, policies and regulations apply to X-riders unless otherwise stated.
6. All MMS annual memberships are valid from January 1 to December 31.
7. The MMS membership card is not a competition license and does not imply that its bearer has been trained, tested or certified to have achieved any level of competence in the operation of his/her dirt bike.
8. MMS membership cards must be available for officials’ inspection when requested.
9. Each rider is responsible to notify MMS in writing should any information on the rider’s membership card be incorrect or should there be an address, email or phone number change within the racing year.
10. MMS does not discriminate because of race, creed, color, religion or sex, MMS however reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time during the year for poor sportsmanship, cheating, bad language, etc.
11. If a membership card, mechanic’s pass or rule book is lost and needs to be replaced, there will be a replacement fee of $5.00 for membership cards, $5.00 for mechanic’s passes, and $5.00 for a rule books.
12. If a member wants to change their rider number after receiving their membership card and or mechanic’s pass, there will be $5.00 fee assessed.
