THIS EVENT WILL BE RUN RAIN OR SHINE with the race moving to the upper track in the event that the main track becomes unusable
due to weather.

 
     
 

CASH REFUNDS FOR ENTRIES WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IF YOU ARE INJURED PRIOR TO JUNE 25th AND PROVIDE US WITH A DOCTORS NOTE BEFORE JUNE 25th PROVING IT.

  Pre-Enter Info  
 
  • BY MAIL  Pre-enter through the mail at 695 Woodman Hill Road, Minot, Maine 04258. Forms will be available at the track, on line or by calling 346-6200. Mailed in entries must be post marked by June 18th. NO entries will be accepted by mail after June 18th. If you have not entered by then you will have to enter at the track.
  • BY FAX  Your entry forms can be faxed to 207-345-4151 if you are paying by VISA or MasterCard, accepted as pre-entry until Thursday June 23rd at 5 p.m.  After that all entries will be considered post entries and charged the $20 late fee.
  • HAND DELIVERED   Hand delivered entries will be accepted at the track as pre-entries until Thursday June 23rd at 5 p.m.  After that all entries will be considered post entries and charged the $20 late fee.

50 Pee Wee:  0-51cc Stock 4 thru 8 Pee Wee, 1st year riders only 

§         2-stroke oil injected (SUZUKI: JR-50, DR-50.  KAWASAKI:  KLX-50.  YAMAHA:  PW-50, TTR-50.  HONDA:  Z-50, KR-50, CRF-50, KTM:  Mini Adventure.)

§         Single or multi speed automatic

§         Max wheelbase 36”

§         Max wheel size 10”

§         Max seat height 22”

§         No larger than 12mm round intake

§         Will include the 50cc 4 strokes

50cc 4-6 Class:  0-51cc Stock 4 thru 6 Jr., single speed automatic

  • For NEMX racers, all 50cc bikes are eligible to compete in the 50cc Classes, there is a seperate NEMX 50 4-6 class.

  Admission:  
 
  • No admission fee for practice days.
  • For the weekend: $25.00 per person 4 years old and older.
  • Gate will be open
    • Thursday & Friday June 23rd & 24th 7 am to 11 pm
    • Saturday June 25th 6 am to 11 pm
    • Sunday June 26th gate opens at 6am
 
  Sign Up Time @ the Track:  
 
  • Pre Entry ($50/class) Thursday June 23rd Noon to 6 p.m.
  • Late Entry ($70/class) Friday June 24th Noon to 7 p.m.
  • Late Entry ($70/class) Saturday June 25th 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
 
  Pre-entry Check In:  
 
  • Friday June 24th Noon to 7 p.m.
  • Sat. June 25th 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
 
  Registration Fees:  
 
  • Pre-entry for the 50 Pee Wee Class $10.00.
  • Post/Late entry for the 50 Pee Wee Class $10.00.
  • Pre-entry for all other classes $50.00.
  • Post/Late entry for all classes $70.00.
 
  Practice Schedule:  
 
  • Thursday, June 23rd Noon to 7:00 pm.
  • Friday, June 24th Noon to 5:00 pm.
 
  Practice Classes:  
 
  • Small Track: 50cc.
  • Big Track: 65cc, 85cc, Novice, Amateur, Expert, Vet & Women
 
  Practice Fees:  
 
  • $25.00/day on Thursday & Friday per person.
 
  Race Day Schedule:  
 
  • Late entry sign up: Saturday 6:30 to 7:30 a.m.
  • Pre-entry Check In: Saturday, 6:30 to 7:30 a.m.
  • Saturday 8 a.m. 2-3 lap practice
  • Saturday racing to start approx 9:30 a.m.
  • Sunday racing to start approx. 8:00 a.m. with 1 site lap
 
  Pit Vehicles:  
 
  • Driver must have driver's license.
  • Anyone without a driver's license caught driving a pit vehicle will be expelled from the park immediately, along with the pit vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Pit vehicles must be registered for a fee of $10 at the office, to cover the cost of security and registration materials.
  • No more passengers than the pit vehicle is designed for.
  • No standing on the vehicle while in motion.
  • Pit vehicles must be operated with caution and regard for the people around.
  • Speed limit: walking speed.
 
  Pit Riding:  
 
  • Will be allowed for dirt bikes and pit bikes (registration required for pit bikes) during racing hours only (8 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
  • Riders must have helmet on and ride in first gear, walking speed only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Riders caught without a helmet on or riding faster than first gear/walking speed will be expelled from the park immediately.
  • Dirt bikes in the pits must be operated with caution and regard for the people around.
  • Speed limit: walking speed.
  • No pit riding in spectator areas.

  • No bicycles allowed at the park at any time, please don't bring them.
  • No dumping of any fluids/waste.
  • No digging of any holes in the ground for any reason.
  • No littering, use trash receptacles.
 
  Pro A Class Criteria:  
 
  • Must hold or have held a pro license or race the pro class in NESC.
 
  Rider Numbers:  
 
  • Rider numbers will be on a first come, first serve basis..
  • There will be no X’s or duplicate numbers allowed in any class.
  • We will make our best effort to contact riders who pre-entered and need to change their number, but ultimately it is the riders responsibility to contact us to make sure their number is OK.
 
  Black/Gray Water Pumping Service:  
 
  • Pumping Service will be available throughout the weekend early A.M. only by appointment.
  • The fee is $20.00 paid at sign up.
  • PUMP OUT sign must be picked up & paid for at Sign Up.
  • It would be best to sign up to be pumped out the day before you need it.
  • Someone must be present at your motor home in order to get pumped.
 
  Showers:  
 
  • Will be available 6 am to 8 pm for $2.00.
